Responsibilities – Orthodontic Focus
- Traditional orthodontic assisting
- Aligner orthodontic assisting
- Banding, bonding, wire changes, and adjustments (within scope)
- Brackets, archwires, retainers, impressions, and scans
- Support orthodontic treatment flow and patient education
- Assist with operatory setup and infection control
Responsibilities – General Support
- Chairside assisting as needed outside orthodontics
- Maintain clinical documentation and workflow efficiency
- Support patient comfort and communication
Qualifications
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Hands-on traditional orthodontic experience required
- Strong organizational and clinical skills
- Bilingual a plus
